These Terms of Use govern your use of the Laumė mobile application and website. By using Laumė, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Laumė. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Eligibility
Laumė is intended for adults aged 16 and over. Laumė is not directed at children under 16.
The service
Laumė provides personal wellness tracking and educational content for perimenopause and menopause. It is a wellness tool, not a medical device or clinical service.
Your account
- You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in credentials secure.
- You may only access your own account data.
- You must provide accurate profile information where relevant to your use of the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Laumė for unlawful purposes, access another user's data, upload harmful content, misrepresent insights as medical advice, or interfere with the service.
Health and wellness content
Laumė does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Health disclaimer. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health.
Intellectual property
Laumė, its branding, content, and software are owned by the Laumė operator. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own wellness tracking. You retain ownership of the data you enter.
Privacy
Your use of Laumė is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Laumė is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions you make based on app data or insights, or for indirect damages arising from your use of Laumė, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using Laumė at any time. Request account deletion as described on our Account deletion page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Laumė operator is established, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
